ea View has been in business since 1997. Owned and operated by Bill and Peggy Howard. We are a family run business that really does pay attention to your vacation and tailoring the best Oregon Coast rental home for your needs. There are over 57 privately owned homes to choose from, ranging from small cottages to large ocean front homes to fit a wide variety of needs and requests.

Service Area
We serve the Pacific City, Neskowin, and Tierra Del Mar areas. All of your vacation homes are within 10 minutes of the office.

Office Location
The Sea View office is located downtown in Pacific City at 6340 Pacific Avenue. There is lots of parking at our office for your stroll around Pacific City. We have lighted signs for late arrivals.

Movies
Movies are complimentary with your stay and there are over 1300 to choose from. Guests check out 5 movies at a time and can exchange them while you are staying.

Catered Meals
We are in contact with the Wild Gourmet and are in the process of working with another chef also, to cater dinners in your home while vacationing here. The dinners are prepared at the home, served, and cleaned up after by the chef and his staff. It takes the rush and waiting lines out of fine dinning. It is also great for romantic getaways. The arrangements are made directly with the chef for times and menu.

Flowers
We will arrange for flowers from the local florist to be delivered to you home or can have flowers at the home before your arrival. A message on the card and color of the flowers would be your choice, just let us know.

Credit Cards
Visa and Master Card are accepted for your convenience. If you are coming with a family or two, each family can pay their deposit and balance at their convenience and from their location.

Office Accommodations
For the workaholic there is access to the internet, fax and a photocopier in our office at 6340 Pacific Ave. in Pacific City. We have guests that can keep their business running at home while being here on vacation.

Area and Home Information
In each of our homes there is a white book with information and brochures about the area and the individual home in which you are staying.

Beach Fires
At the office you can purchase seasoned firewood for the beach. Depending on the season and the fire district conditions for open fires. Call 1-503-392-3032 for current information from the fire department.

Clamming
With advance notice we can have clamming rakes to check out and locations as to where to go for the best clamming season in the area.
