Kitchen / Dining room is fully equipped, has a table with six chairs, breakfast bar with four bar stools, a river view, and opens out to an east deck. Laundry room, Gas BBQ, and east deck. No telephone, Cable TV or reception. Parks 2 cars. This home is not available for Winter Months. The east deck is protected from the summer northerlies.
